By upgrading to a paid subscription, you confirm that you have tested the service and found it satisfactory for your needs.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of BB SERVICES ONLINE LLC.
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if:
A complete service outage caused by our servers lasts more than 72 consecutive hours, and
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after being contacted at support@substream.shop
Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Slow or unstable internet connection
ISP blocking, throttling, or regional restrictions
Device, application, or software incompatibility
Failure to use or test the Free Trial
Change of mind after service activation
All approved refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD)

Currency conversion differences
Bank or card issuer fees
Payment processor transaction charges
Please note that initial transaction fees may be non-refundable, depending on the payment processor’s policies.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund
