By purchasing or using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Trial Evaluation

We strongly encourage all users to request and fully test our Free Trial before purchasing a paid subscription.

The Free Trial allows you to evaluate:

  • Channel availability

  • Streaming quality and server stability

  • Compatibility with your device and application

By upgrading to a paid subscription, you confirm that you have tested the service and found it satisfactory for your needs.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of BB SERVICES ONLINE LLC.

Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if:

  • A complete service outage caused by our servers lasts more than 72 consecutive hours, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after being contacted at support@substream.shop

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Slow or unstable internet connection

  • ISP blocking, throttling, or regional restrictions

  • Device, application, or software incompatibility

  • Failure to use or test the Free Trial

  • Change of mind after service activation


3. Currency & Processing Fees

  • All approved refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD)

  • BB SERVICES ONLINE LLC is not responsible for:

    • Currency conversion differences

    • Bank or card issuer fees

    • Payment processor transaction charges

Please note that initial transaction fees may be non-refundable, depending on the payment processor’s policies.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund

  • Your streaming access will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless approved under Section 2


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before opening a dispute.

  • Immediate suspension of your service

  • Permanent termination of your account
